MEDPRO Education Services, hereinafter referred to as MEDPRO, is dedicated to providing all medical professionals, or any other interested parties, with the highest quality recertification experience available. Our staff is available, and is willing to work with any customers through any/all questions, concerns, or issues they may have with one or all of the courses offered through our website. We invite any individual who enrolls in a recertification course to resolve any issues that have arisen through using our website now, or in the future, with our staff.


MEDPRO offers a 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchased courses and programs.  If a customer is not satisfied with an MEDPRO course, or if an MEDPRO course(s) is not accepted by a customer's employer or organization, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of their purchased course(s).  MEDPRO has extended this guarantee period to sixty (60) days following the course completion date (rather than the date of purchase, unless the purchase date and completion date are the same) to provide customers with an adequate amount of time for employer / organization acceptance.  For further inquiries pertaining to purchase refunds, please contact a member of the MEDPRO Support Team at

To provide the best quality and most efficient service, provider course fees are due before or immediately upon completion of any provider course.  If MEDPRO has not received full payment by the 2nd day of course completion, MEDPRO reserves the right to hold student/customer provider certification cards until paid in full.  After the 3rd day of non-payment, MEDPRO will not release provider cards or course completion certificates and any prepayment/deposit will be forfeited unless a $50 late fee is paid with any remaining balance.  Student course materials (if any) purchased through MEDPRO will become void and non-refundable.  


Once a course has been completed, and completion cards have been shipped to a customer, MEDPRO reserves the right to refuse a refund to the petitioning customers. It is the obligation of the individual buyer to determine his/her organization's requirement for ACLS, PALS or BLS certification/recertification prior to registering for a course on MEDPRO's website. Refunds will be refused only in extreme cases when determined at the sole discretion of MEDPRO's staff. Upon issuance of a refund, course completion cards, provider cards, awarded certificates, online user profile and any other material issued to a customer prior to the refund will be made void and accessible. The customer may cancel for a full refund at any point during the course process by contacting a member of our staff. In the event of any refund is to be issued, customer must allow up to five (5) business days for the refund to be processed.


MEDPRO provides ACLS, PALS and BLS recertification courses and testing that grants individuals who have enrolled in our course(s) to earn a certification card after fully completing and successfully passing a course exam. The American Heart Association (AHA) does accredit our courses. We suggest that you review the latest AHA guidelines, we are an AHA approved classroom and blended-learning  program, which teaches clinical skills along with the cognitive portion of ACLS, PALS and/or BLS training. We also recommend you review any supplementary knowledge in ACLS, PALS and/or BLS procedure, pre-hospital training, hospital stabilization, and other cognitive skills.


Our ACLS, BLS and/or PALS courses are not marketed or intended to be an all-inclusive ubiquitous program for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and/or Basic Life Support. We accept no responsibility for any circumstance(s) in which a graduate of our course(s) provides negligent health services to a patient or anyone provided with medical attention.

You also agree to relinquish any responsibility of MEDPRO for loss of life or injury to any living thing or person that may result from your practice of knowledge gained in our recertification course or from our website's resources.


Upon enrolling in a recertification course through MEDPRO, or through voluntarily opting in by any means available through MEDPRO’s website, you agree to allow messages to be sent to the email address associated with your account, as is provided during course enrollment, or other registration means associated with our website. These emails may contain information including, but not limited to, account and course instruction information, purchase receipts, refund receipts, completion cards, customer inquiry responses, promotional offers, recertification deadline reminders, password recovery instructions, blog subscription confirmation, and blog post delivery. At any point, customers may discontinue the delivery of messages to their email address through notice sent directly to MEDPRO staff, or links available within specific messages. Delivery services will be terminated immediately after a discontinuation request is received by MEDPRO only from the email address associated with your account.
