Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.

* While every effort is taken to get cards out in 1-2 business days, the training center that processes the cards technically has 2 weeks to process and distribute cards for us.  Rest assured, in 11 years, everyone has received their cards.  If you are past due or wait until the last minute to recertify, there is nothing we can do to speed the process up as there are alot of instructors turning in rosters to be processed and they are processed in the order received.  So, please be understanding and there is no need to constantly contact us about your cards. We know whether you have received them or not.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
